Thermolysis gasification method
Use materials
The plant can be operated with selective organic waste like:
- synthetic material waste, foils, used wood;
- settlement and textile waste;
- rest substances from papermaking and recycling;
- prepared, pre-sorted domestic rubbish, clinic waste;
- leather waste, meat-and-bone meal, food waste;
- prepared high caloric rest substances.
Approval procedure
For the scheduled Thermolysis gasification plant an approval procedure has to be led according to the Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImschV).
Pilot plant
The interpretation of the method line with a material throughput of 2.5 to/h (approx. 12 MW input performance)
The produced using gas is suitably according to the analyses and the specification of the engine manufacturers for use to gas Otto engines.
After completed test phases the plant components are developed further in cooperation with the local university according to the latest technical and scientific parameters and knowledge.
